    Walkthrough

    We come see the project.

    On-site walk in your home, your driveway, your basement — whatever the work is. We measure, photograph, and write down the conditions that drive the price: substrate, access, scope, what you actually want changed.

    Most contractors call this a "free estimate." We call it the foundation of an honest quote. If we cannot give you a real number, we say so on the walk — not three days later by email.

    Quote

    Detailed estimate within 24 hours.

    You receive a written, line-itemed quote within one business day of the walkthrough — not a placeholder range. Every material, every trade, every contingency math'd out. You can compare it line-by-line to any other contractor's quote.

    If something is unknown until tear-off (decking on a roof, sub-floor on a flooring job), we tell you the range and the math. No surprise add-ons at invoice time.

    Build

    Real schedule. Real updates.

    You get a written timeline with milestones, scheduled check-ins, and progress photos. If a sub falls through or weather pushes a pour, you hear about it the same day — not when you call to ask.

    Permits pulled where required. Trade coordination handled. Property protected. Daily cleanup. The job runs on a schedule, not on a hope.

    Handoff

    Punch list. Inspection. Done.

    On substantial completion we walk the project with you, build a punch list, and close every item before final payment. Where the city requires inspection, we schedule it and meet the inspector on-site.

    Warranties registered, manuals delivered, photos archived. We retain 10% on private-pay roofs until the punch list closes. If something needs follow-up after the project, you have one number to call.
