The name
Why "Tessera."
Tessera is the Latin word for the small tile of a mosaic — the individual piece that, alongside hundreds of others, becomes the picture.
That's how a remodel actually works. Plumbing, framing, drywall, paint, cabinets, electrical, finish carpentry, inspections, draws, photographs — dozens of small pieces that have to align. Most projects fail because the coordination fails, not because the trades are bad.

Permitting
We pull the permits required by your municipality. We do not skip them or work around them. Our permit specialist tracks each application through to inspection signoff.
